About The Doctor

Chris Kuykendall, Au.D.

Dr. Chris Kuykendall received his Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma and his Doctorate degree in Audiology from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center where he received the Dean's Award for Excellent Clinical Performance. He began his career in audiology working for a large hospital system in Oklahoma City. Being born and raised in rural Northwest Oklahoma, he is thrilled to offer the distinctive services of an audiologist to Western Oklahomans. He is licensed through the Oklahoma Board of Examiners for Audiology. He is also certified through the American Institute of Balance for Vestibular Assessment and Rehabilitation.

Terry Smith

Terry has worked at Western Oklahoma Hearing for over 10 years. She is the office manager, holds an Audiology Assistant license and is the face that greets you. Terry excels in her position at the clinic and in her role as wife/mother/grandma.

Morgan Kuykendall

Morgan is the wife of Dr. Kuykendall and they work together in the vestibular side of the practice. She is the finance manager and holds an Audiology Assistant license. Morgan and Chris share four children together that keep them busy when out of the clinic.
